Introduction
Silvexx (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
1. Scope of Services
Silvexx provides website design, development, and hosting services only.
Silvexx does not manage, operate, or control customer business activities, including but not limited to sales, payments, products, inventory, customer data, marketing performance, or third-party integrations.
Customers are solely responsible for their business operations, content accuracy, and legal compliance.
2. Hosting & Access
Silvexx maintains administrative control of the hosting environment to ensure platform stability, performance, and security.
Customers are responsible for all website content, configuration choices, and any third-party services, plugins, or integrations added to their website.
3. Domains
Customers are responsible for registering, owning, and maintaining their own domain name.
Silvexx does not provide domain registration or domain renewal services.
Silvexx may assist with domain connection and configuration but assumes no responsibility for domain availability, renewal, ownership, or transfer.
If a customer cancels service, the domain remains the sole responsibility of the customer.
Silvexx will not cancel, renew, transfer, or manage customer domains on their behalf.
4. Plans & Billing
Starter, Business, and Ecommerce plans are billed on an annual basis and require renewal to continue service.
The Diamond plan is a one-time website build and does not renew annually unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All plan fees are billed in advance.
Work begins after payment is received and required information is submitted by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests may be submitted within 15 days of purchase.
Approved refunds will be issued less the value of work completed prior to cancellation.
Website services involve customization and labor; therefore, work completed before cancellation is non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once the website build has been substantially completed or delivered.
Customers remain responsible for their own domain regardless of service cancellation.
6. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of services at any time.
Upon cancellation, access to the website, hosting environment, and related services may be suspended or terminated following the applicable refund or billing period.
